Arrival at the Phra Mahathat Naphamethanidon and Phra Mahathat Naphapholphumisiri, the splendid royal pagodas built in honor of the 60th birthday of the Thai King and Queen, particularly impressive at dawn when the first rays of the sun filter through the clouds and reflect on them, creating a magical and mystical scene. The fresh, crisp morning air and the splendid terraces and gardens add an extra sense of purity and tranquility to the environment. Departure for Wachirathan Waterfall, considered one of the most beautiful in Thailand, reaching 70 meters in height and composed of a series of cascades in a lush tropical forest environment. The rushing water falls from a considerable height creating a spectacular vapor effect. The area around the waterfall is rich in lush vegetation, with luxuriant trees and a variety of tropical plants creating a fresh and verdant atmosphere. Well-maintained trails allow visitors to explore the surrounding area and enjoy panoramic views of the waterfall from different perspectives. Continue to the wonderful organic cultivation grounds of the Royal Projects, created in 1977 to improve the lives of northern tribes by dedicating themselves to planting crops and animals, thus stopping the opium poppy cultivation. Stop at the characteristic Hmong tribal market and depart for Mae Chaem to admire the cotton handicrafts of Ban Tong Fai. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Khun Yuam to visit the World War II Museum displaying military equipment, accessories, weapons, clothes, photos, etc., of the Japanese army that entered the city during World War II. Arrival in Mae Hong Son, an exotic and remote province rich in culture, traditions, and splendid landscapes formed by narrow valleys nestled between high mountains. The remoteness of Mae Hong Son and its almost total geographic isolation from the major centers of northern Thailand have allowed for the acquisition of artistic, stylistic, and cultural features more similar to neighboring Burma. Visit the characteristic Thai Yai-style temples of the city: Wat Doi Kong Moo, with its two richly decorated pagodas, located on top of a hill with an exceptional view of the city, mountains, and surrounding valleys; Wat Jong Kham and Wat Jong Klang, the most famous in the city and splendidly illuminated at night. Their reflection in the lake is probably the most common image of Mae Hong Son. The temples date back to the early 19th century and were built in Shan Burmese style. Opportunity to taste local food at the characteristic market around the lake and arrive at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Departure for Ban Rak Thai, a small village influenced by Chinese culture, nestled in a lush valley surrounded by hills and tea plantations on the edge of a small lake. This sleepy village is famous for its breathtaking views and tea cultivation. Due to its remote location, the village is still little known to tourists, making this place not very touristy. After lunch at a local restaurant, departure for Pai, a small town named after the river of the same name, traveling along the mountain road that descends into a lush green valley covered with fields and teak forests with spectacular mountains. Arrival at Doi Kiew Lom, a popular viewpoint famous for its breathtaking view of the surrounding region and its unspoiled natural beauty. Final visit to Kong Lan, Thailand’s answer to the Grand Canyon, carved by the Pai River over thousands of years, creating a series of impressive rock formations and gorges that stretch for several kilometers. The landscape is simply breathtaking: the sandstone cliffs are smoothed and carved by wind and water erosion, creating unique shapes and colors that stretch across the valley. During sunset hours, the canyon is tinged with warm and golden hues, creating a truly unforgettable spectacle. Arrival at the hotel, dinner at leisure, and overnight stay.
