What is the refund policy?

The refund policy depends on the tour, because it is subjected to the suppliers’ conditions. Therefore, we are going to specify it clearly in every tour pages on the website.

Is Insurance included in all tours?

The tours do not include insurance by default. Check the “tour includes” section to see whether it’s included or not. Nonetheless, we recommend guests to always buy a travel insurance in their country before traveling.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies depending on the tour and the supplier’s conditions, therefore you will find the full specifications under each tour.

What happens if the tour is cancelled by the tour operator?

If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator the full amount paid by the customers will be refunded.

What if the weather is really bad when I get picked up for the tour?

When travelling in tropical areas, you should consider that bad weather at the time of pick up does not mean bad weather for the whole day. If the weather is just rainy, the tour will proceed as planned. If there is a formal bad weather alert from the local authorities, the tour will be cancelled and the money refunded. In all other cases, if the client cancel the tour, penalty fees will apply.

What if I prefer vegetarian or halal food?

Just inform us at the moment of booking, and especially let us know if you have any food allergies. We will arrange your meals accordingly.

What if I have any medical condition?

Just inform us at the moment of booking, we will recommend activities compatible with your medical conditions. Most boat tours are not suitable for pregnant women, infants and people suffering from back & heart conditions.
