Full Day

Mount Batur Volcano and Barong Dance Tour

Your tour begins at Batubulan, where you will witness the thrilling Barong Dance. A traditional story-telling dance depicting the continuous conflict between good and evil. We proceed to Tegallalang, one of Bali’s most stunning rice terraces, and Sebatu, the Holy Water Temple. We’ll drive to Kintamani to take in the view of Mount Batur‘s crater and Lake Batur. Lunch at a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Gunung Kawi Temple complex, also known as Pura Gunung Kawi, one of Bali’s most remarkable archaeological sites, which has a collection of ancient shrine reliefs carved into the face of a rock cliff. On the way back, we’ll stop at Mas, a woodcarving village where you can witness and appreciate artisans carving and sculpting wood, and Batuan, a painting gallery town. Return to the hotel.
