Erawan National Park is a 550-square-kilometres park in Kanchanaburi Province, Western Thailand. It was founded in 1974 and it’s Thailand’s 12th National Park.
After the pick up from your hotel, transfer by private vehicle to Kanchanaburi (about 2 hours) to visit the War Cemetery and the Bridge Over the River Kwai. Then head to Erawan National Park where you can relax, take a walk and eat lunch (not included) or swim and climb the waterfalls for some extra activity. Then it’s time to start the return transfer to Bangkok.
07:00 am Pick up from your hotel in Bangkok (please wait in the lobby). Depart to Kanchanaburi province (128 km west of Bangkok).
09:30 am Arrive at the first destination: visit the Don Rak War Cemetery in Kanchanaburi, which is the final resting place for the 6982 Allied POWs who perished during the construction of the Death Railway in World War II.
10:00 am Visit the world famous Bridge Over the River Kwai, part of the Death Railway built by the Allied prisoners of war. Time to take photos and a pleasant walk around.
10:30 am Depart from the River Kwai Bridge for Erawan Waterfall.
11:30 am Arrive at Erawan National park and enjoy the waterfall and the natural scenery. Time for lunch (Lunch is not included).
The seven-tiered Erawan Waterfall is part of the Erawan National Park. The park covers 550-square-kilometres. Erawan waterfall is considered one of Thailand’s most beautiful waterfalls. The second tier has a particularly picturesque pool which is ideal for swimming. However, the most popular activity of the park is trekking. Bungalow accommodations, camping facilities and a daytime food market are available.
15:30 pm Start the journey back to Bangkok
18:30 pm Arrive back to the hotel in Bangkok (time may vary, depending on traffic).

The main attraction of the tour is the Erawan National Park with the gorgeous 7-tier Erawan Waterfalls, named after the “Erawan”, a three-headed white elephant od Hindu origin. The seven layers of the waterfall are said to look like the Erawan, hence the name.
The scenery of the Death Railway is equally impressive, and the Bridge over River Kwai not to be missed.
