The first stop of the tour is the famous Train Market, best known as ”Maeklong Train Market”, where vendors set their shops and food stalls only inches from the railroad. For this reason the market has become very popular with travellers and photographers: you will have a chance to see the train passing by the shops and take impressive photos. Following we proceed to Amphawa Market where you can try local fruits and delicacies such as grilled seafood directly from the sellers’ precarious wooden boats. From noon until late at evening, locals and travellers flock to this market which is one of the most traditional and authentic in Thailand. From here, we board a boat to go seeing the fireflies in the nearby canals. At the end of the visits, return to the hotel.

15:00 pm Visit Train Market, also known as Maeklong/Talad Rom-Hoop. It is a well-known fresh market set along the railroad: the sellers’ shops are only inches from the train that pass through the market eight times a day. Every time a train comes, the vendors close their awnings to make room for the passing train: it’s a scary, amazing and very exciting show to see.
16:00 pm Arrive at Amphawa Floating Market, one of the top floating markets in Thailand. You will have the chance to see, taste and shop for local food and goods from the local vendors. Feel free to explore around at your own pace for about 2 hours; after that we will meet at the meeting point.
18:00 pm From the meeting point we take a boat and cruise to see the Fireflies, whose number is sadly decreasing nowadays.
19:30 pm Return transfer from Amphawa Floating Market to Bangkok.
